How your data is handled

What we store

Your email address (for sign-in), your business description, segments and message templates, the attendee list you import from Brella (names, titles, companies, public profile links and, where Brella provides it, email), the scores our model assigns, the queue, the log of people you have messaged and the list of people who asked not to be contacted, credit purchases, and the feedback and usage reports you generate. Each workspace is isolated: no other customer can see it.

What we never store

Your Brella password or session. The bookmarks run in your own browser tab and only send us the attendee list and the ids of confirmed sends. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Who processes it

Hosting: Railway (US). Scoring and drafting: the attendee's title, company, pitch and interests are sent to a language model through OpenRouter under our account; names and emails are not needed for scoring and are not sent for the API product. Sign-in email: Resend. Payments: Stripe, and the x402 facilitator for USDC payments.

Your responsibilities

You are messaging real people from your own account under the event's terms. Use the do-not-contact list for anyone who asks you to stop. Do not export the attendee list to third parties.

Deletion

Ask the operator to delete your workspace and everything in it is removed, including the attendee list and the log. Note that deleting the log removes the protection against messaging someone twice if you ever run the same event again.
